1. About our service

HealPassport is a facilitator. We help patients connect with accredited hospitals and doctors in India and coordinate travel, visa documentation and logistics. We are not a hospital, clinic or medical provider, and we do not practise medicine.

2. No medical advice

Information on this website is for general guidance only and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. All treatment decisions are made by qualified doctors after reviewing your reports. Always consult a licensed physician.

3. Estimates and costs

Cost estimates are indicative and prepared by the treating hospital after a medical review. Final costs may change based on your diagnosis, treatment plan and length of stay. Our facilitation service is free to patients.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate medical and personal information, comply with visa and travel requirements, and follow the guidance of your treating doctors.

5. Third parties

Hospitals, doctors, airlines and other providers are independent third parties. HealPassport is not liable for their services, outcomes or conduct, although we work only with reputable, accredited partners.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site is owned by HealPassport and may not be copied without permission.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the latest version.
